Tom Waters (pictured above on left) is Director of Iraq Project and Contracting Office (PCO) and sitting next to Mr. Waters is Charles Mosby who works for USAID as Dep. Office Director in Amman Jordan. Mr. Waters (PCO) explained the contracting opportunities open to all businesses wishing to participate in the Recontruction of Iraq and pointed out that Small Businesses along with Major Contractors have equal opportunity to get business in Iraq. It was a pleasure to speak with Mr. Waters and to know that he truly will try and help my Small business secure some future opportunties in Iraq.
